While server virtualization has been broadly accomodated, data backup solutions still base on conventional architectures. With features and licensing model, specially designed for virtual environments, offers Veeam a leading Backup and Replication technology (B & R) for easy and efficient data protection.

With Veeam B & R you can not only save entire virtual machines (VMs), but also save files from the backup of the VM back. Regardless of the data volume the secured VM is running within a few minutes again. The automated recovery test (SureBackup) assures that the restore works indeed.

Starline offers a preconfigured backup platform for backing up your virtual server environment (Zealbox Backup Appliance (ZBA)). Using this platform, we are going to demonstrate "live" synchronous and asynchronous replication scenarios. All over, starline and Veeam provide a holistic approach to data protection in virtual environments.
