To enable IP SAN consolidation over the latest 10GbE infrastructure, Infortrend furnishes all its EonStor G6 iSCSI-to-SAS/SATA storage systems with two 10GbE iSCSI host ports on each controller. The systems deliver outstanding performance to satisfactorily meet the service levels required by your virtualized datacenters and throughput-demanding applications.
When data grow beyond the capacity a single system can provide, the system can be scaled to house a maximum of 112 drives through expansion enclosures. By flexibly intermixing high-performance SAS and large-capacity SATA drives in the configuration, you can leverage your budgets to fulfill various data requirements in the most efficient way.
Coupled with the broad support for enterprise-level OS, such as Windows Server 2008, Solaris, Linux, and server virtualization, such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-VTM, the 10GbE iSCSI-to-SAS/SATA arrays are ideal data storage for top-tier applications.
