SANRAD Supportfile

To get the supportfile from a SANRAD switch yopu need a TFTP-Server.

Please login to the SANRAD switch via telnet or serial console. On the console enter the command

ft upload techinfo –ip <host ip address> -fn <techinfo file name>

<host ip address> is the IP-address of the TFTP-Server
<techinfo file name> is the file to be created
