Please attach always the configuration and logfile to your support request.
To get the configuration from the system please go to "System Management -> Configurations -> Get main configuration" and select "html (human readable)".
For the logfile please go to "Event Management -> Event log -> Download" and select ".txt (human-readable)" as well as ".bin" in a second step.
