The ATTO ExpressSAS R680 low-profile RAID Adapter provides 6Gbit/s SAS/SATA II connectivity and delivers blazing-fast performance with transfer rates of up to 9.6GB/s throughput in full-duplex mode. Featuring integrated RAID support, 8 external ports and PCIe bus technology, the ExpressSAS R680 is engineered for the most demanding digital media and IT server applications.

The easy-to-use GUI-based utility enables RAID management, monitoring, and configuration. ATTO also incorporates its exclusive Advanced Data Streaming (ADS) Technology to meet the most demanding performance requirements. With ADS Technology data is moved faster and more efficiently with reduced CPU utilization.

ATTO´s CacheAssure Technology is a Flash-based protection module providing a maintenance-free solution that safeguards against the loss of cached data during a power or system failure. The RAID-Controllers are available with or without CacheAssure (upgrade is possible).
