The simplest option is the bring-in service: you bring or send us your server or the corresponding component to us in Kirchheim and we carry out a performance and function check.
With the Advance Replacement service, we even send a device on its way to you the following working day. And for elementary important systems we even offer On-Site service. Then a technician would be available within four hours in the DACH region.
