Starline Quicksupport

To receive Starline QuickSupport it is necessary to:

  • print out and send back the signed "Agreement for Remotesupport"
  • download the QuickSupport-Client
  • start the "TeamViewerQS" application
  • tell our technican staff the ID and the password

Remark: Depending on the operating system, the download will be automatically done for Windows or Mac OS. The QuickSupport Client does not install any software on your pc and will only be active during the session.
