Our Service


Free Support

Our excellent email support and technical hotline are free of charge for our customers. Our support will help you solve problems quickly, even after your warranty has expired.

Large Inventory

Our large inventory and large supply of spare parts set us apart. This is also true for older systems. As a result, we have fast delivery times for orders and for warranty cases.

Technical Assistance

We offer our customers a number of service packages: performance and functionality checks after installation, health checks, firmware updates, remote configuration, and fast assistance in case of errors.

Replacement Service

We offer several replacement service options: from advance replacement service to on-site service, where a trained technician assists our customers on-site. For certain systems on-site service is available 24 x 7 x 4 (24/7 with a four-hour response time).
