We are certified by the Stuttgart Chamber of Industry and Commerce and offer the following apprenticeships: IT specialist, IT system management clerk In addition, we cooperate with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and the Ulm University of Technology and offer the option of a dual IT degree program. This concept alternates theory at the university with practical work at our company. We will review your application as quickly as possible and then provide you with feedback. If the first impression is right, we will invite you to a telephone interview for a closer acquaintance.
As a rule, we get to know each other better in the first telephone interview. If it is still a good fit for both sides, there will be a personal interview on site. This usually takes place with a representative of the management and the respective supervisor. Here you can also get an immediate impression of your potential future workplace.
If the interview is positive for both sides, we will gladly choose the path of trial work. This allows us to ensure that you can get a picture of your future colleagues and the daily work routine. It also gives us the opportunity to assess whether you will fit in well with the team.
We treat your application confidentially and in accordance with the DSGVO. If we do not find a match, we will of course subsequently destroy your application documents within the legally prescribed period.
