Starline promotes young IT talent at careers fair
Attention all newcomers, graduates and career changers in IT!
Yesterday (22 February 2024), we were represented at the careers fair in the Kirchheim/Teck town hall with a double team.
Sales professional Phong Hoang answered visitors' questions together with apprentice Florentin Pachl.
After all, a trade fair like this is always the right place to start: good discussions with people looking for training, young adults and people who want to change careers.

In addition, we cooperate with the Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and the Technischen Hochschule Ulm and offer the possibility of dual computer science studies. This concept alternates theory at the university with practical work at our company.

If the interview is positive for both sides, we will gladly choose the path of trial work. This allows us to ensure that you can get a picture of your future colleagues and the daily work routine. It also gives us the opportunity to assess whether you will fit in well with the team.
We normally get to know each other better during the first telephone interview. If it is still a good fit for both sides, there will be a personal interview on site. This usually takes place with a representative of the management and the respective supervisor. Here you can also get an immediate impression of your potential future workplace.
We will review your application as quickly as possible and then provide you with feedback. If the first impression is right, we will invite you to a telephone interview for a closer acquaintance.
