TeraFLOP Extender

Netstor Technology has released a new GPU TurboBox for PCIe 4.0 bus. The NA265A-G4 expansion enclosure in 4U rackmount format offers data transfer rates of up to 256 Gbps between server and GPU enclosure via the included and operating system-independent host adapter. 

By the way, the developers have created this host card in low-profile, so that it can also be installed in 2U servers.

The enclosure itself accommodates up to four high-performance triple-width graphics cards, which provide their computing power for the docked server via four downstream PCIe 4.0 x16 slots. In this combination, the server inexpensively mutates into a super workstation for high-performance computing, cloud computing and enterprise applications (data analysis, surveillance, storage). 

Via the integrated dual-mode power supply with 2000 W maximum power, the NA265A-G4 supplies the GPUs/graphics cards with energy via twelve additional 6+2-pin PCIe power cables. Netstor is now adding the NA265A-G4 to its rackmount lineup, after the NA255A-G4 desktop version already proved itself as a solution for video editing, digital content creation (DCC) and post-production.
