Starline again passes the requirements of the quality management norm ISO 9001

Regulated processes – guaranteed quality

After many audits, meetings and process plans, Starline has once again received certification from TÜV SÜD. We can therefore continue to boast a “TÜV SÜD-certified quality management system according to ISO 9001”.

In November 2021, the certification office of TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH certified for the second time that we have introduced a quality management system and are applying it correctly. Through the successful audit, we have therefore provided evidence that we meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

This means that tasks are clearly traceable for every employee through clearly defined and structured processes. The respective procedures can be found in the detailed quality management manual, which was created in the course of the certification. The work processes described within it were broken down chronologically into their individual activities and are documented.

Ultimately, the aim is to create the opportunity to identify the potential for improvement and to drive it forward. The company’s efficiency has already been boosted by an intense focus on internal processes – in preparation for ISO 9001 certification in 2018. In the future, these continuous optimization processes will continue to reduce costs, avoid errors and further improve the quality of work. After all, it is not only the customers who benefit from this, but also the employees.
