Mellanox MMA1B00-B150D offers ranges of up to 150 m in 40 Gbps Ethernet networks as a pluggable, 4-channel optical QSFP+ transceiver based on VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser). It incorporates Mellanox technology that combines high power with low power. The transceiver operates over parallel multimode fiber (MMF) at a nominal wavelength of 850 nm and is SFF-8436 compliant.
