Mellanox MMA1B00-C100D is designed as a pluggable, 4-channel QSFP28 optical transceiver for use in 100GbE Ethernet networks. This module incorporates circuit technology from Mellanox that is optimized for high performance at low power consumption. The transceiver operates over parallel multimode fiber (MMF) with a nominal wavelength of 850 nm and is SFF-8665 compliant. MMA1B00-C100D has a standard QSFP28 connector on the electrical side to the host (CAUI-4). The optical interface consists of four optical channels/fibers in each direction for a parallel MMF cable via a standard MPO connector.
