Free support

Our excellent technicians are available to you during business hours by e-mail and telephone free of charge. This also applies even after the warranty period has expired. And thanks to our large stock, even older systems can be quickly supplied with spare parts.

Bring in Service

You bring or send your defective server or RAID system to us in Kirchheim and the error will be corrected here after a performance, function and health check. In addition, the guarantee period can be extended to up to five years.

Advance Exchange

If you book this service level, we automatically stock suitable spare parts for the corresponding period. If you contact us for service, a corresponding spare part will be dispatched on the next working day as long as we receive the notification by 14 hour.

Remote Support

Difficult cases that require immediate resolution are solved by our team of technicians live via remote login in a TeamViewer session during Starline business hours. This service is billed every 15 minutes.

On-Site Service

We offer two on-site variants: With Next Business Day (NBD), a trained technician helps on site the next working day. For time-critical systems we even offer the 24 x 7 x 4 option. In this case, the technician is on the spot within four hours – regardless of the day of the week and time of day. (Also bookable up to 5 years.)
