Mellanox QSFP+ direct-attach copper (DAC) cables ensure robust connectivity for 56 Gbps InfiniBand or 40 GbE high-end Ethernet systems. Passive copper cables require no additional power supply for high-quality connectivity. They conform to SFF-8685 specifications and connect devices with QSFP+ ports. Each connector has a built-in EEPROM that can be read by the host system.
