The Mellanox MC2210511-LR4 is a pluggable single-mode module with four coarse wavelength division multiplexed (CWDM) channels and QSFP+ optical transceiver designed for use in 40 Gbps networks. It includes CWDM DFB lasers and high-sensitivity PIN receivers that enable superior performance in 40 GbE Ethernet networks up to 10 km links. These modules are compliant with IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-LR4 optical interface and SFF-8685. It operates over single mode fiber with a nominal wavelength of 1310 nm.
