Micron 5400 series SATA SSDs are one of the first to use 176-layer technology. It enables data centers to build SATA-based servers with a simplified transition to flash-based storage - including stability, ease of use and performance.
The Micron 5400 family offers reliability (MTTF) and endurance ratings that are 50% higher than competitors. Additional firmware-based security options such as TCG Enterprise and TCG Opal combined with integrated hardware-based AES 256-bit encryption provide full performance and added security and peace of mind. With 1,920 GB capacity, the SFF model offers a sequential read speed of 540 MB/s and as much as 94,000 IOPS in random read. Its endurance is 5 DWPD.
