Our current server lines are built on a well-thought-out, open, and expandable platform that pairs powerful hardware with fail-safe cooling and generous capacity.

Each Zealbox server is assembled to order from premium components. Vendors such as Intel, AMD, Supermicro, Areca, Broadcom, QLogic, and Mellanox ensure top-tier reliability and quality. Thanks to their flexible design, the systems can be tuned for any workload—whether VMware, Microsoft Windows Server (Hyper-V), or DataCore Hyper-converged Virtual SAN—and have enough overhead to absorb peak loads.

Perfect for virtualization, databases, hosting, or high-availability storage, these servers use single- or dual-socket boards built around the latest enterprise CPUs from AMD and Intel. Complementary features include right-sized memory, secured controllers, high-speed interface cards, and chassis options from 2 U to 4 U for a wide range of expansion levels.

A premium server in practice: Zealbox Z50

Virtualization hits its stride on a Zealbox Z50.

Built on Intel single- or dual-socket boards, this generation cuts power draw while boosting performance. Up to 4 TB of RAM fit into 16 DIMM slots on the Supermicro motherboard, eliminating bottlenecks for the foreseeable future. Across seven chassis variants (2 U–4 U), Z50 units hold 8 to 36 SFF and/or LFF drives.

Certain models add two extra bays or accept four NVMe drives for high-speed storage. The mainboard also carries headers for two SATA-DOMs and an M.2 PCIe slot, and even RDX or LTO backup devices can be integrated.

Servers ship ready to run—Windows Server or VMware vSphere comes preinstalled and matched to the hardware. If disaster strikes, a bundled recovery USB stick restores operation in minutes.

Crafted performance: Zealbox Z80 for high-availability appliances

The Z80 family marries AMD EPYC processors with rugged Supermicro chassis. Highlights include up to 340 Gbit/s memory bandwidth, stellar I/O performance, and a high core count.

Enterprise-grade Supermicro H11 boards host dual-socket EPYC CPUs, yielding exceptional compute density. Ten chassis options (1 U–4 U) provide room for 4 to 36 SFF/LFF drives; several models also accept U.2 NVMe media via specially designed, front-accessible trays.

Z80 servers excel at virtualization, cloud computing, hyper-converged storage, or any high-end enterprise workload.

Why are our servers of such high quality?

Our servers generally perform core tasks that need to be permanently available: From e-mail services and websites to scientific simulations. As soon as failures occur here, this can affect the entire operation. We therefore place the highest value on reliability and performance so that you can work securely and efficiently at all times.

How do we configure servers according to individual requirements?

We offer you tailor-made solutions - regardless of whether you need a high-performance GPU server for demanding calculations or prefer an energy-efficient platform for economical continuous operation. We build our servers with industrial components, for example from Supermicro or ASUS, and integrate exactly the features that are relevant to your requirements.

What advantages do our “Made in Germany” strategy and our own Zealbox brand offer?

Zealbox is our own registered trademark - a seal of quality, so to speak. After all, we assemble all Zealbox servers directly on site in Kirchheim. This enables us to carry out strict quality controls, rapid adaptation to customer requirements and comprehensive product testing. You therefore receive reliably functioning systems - without long delivery times and guaranteed “Made in Germany”.

Can I also obtain special servers such as GPU servers or ARM-based solutions from you?

Naturally. We have GPU servers that can call on enormous teraflop performance and also offer ARM-based models for space and power-saving solutions. Hyper-converged, software-defined or industrial IoT solutions are also available from us. We thus cover a broad spectrum of business tasks.

How do we support you with installation, service and maintenance?

Our service does not end with the purchase. On request, we can accompany you through the entire life cycle of your server: from the initial consultation to installation and commissioning through to maintenance during operation. We can even provide a 24x7x4 service to get your IT back on track quickly in the event of an emergency.
