This ASUS server is designed for performance-intensive applications where high computing power, large data volumes, and scalable infrastructure are crucial. Primary target markets include high-performance computing (HPC), AI-based forecasting and analysis workloads, terabyte-scale data warehouse applications, and demanding virtualization environments. The storage and expansion concept is designed for scalability and includes up to twelve NVMe all-flash drives at the front and four PCIe 5.0 slots for high bandwidth and future system expansions. Flexible options are available for network connectivity, including a choice of two integrated 10 Gbps ports or four 1 Gbps ports, as well as an OCP 3.0 module with a PCIe 5.0 slot on the rear for particularly fast connectivity. Cooling is provided by an advanced airflow solution with EVAC heat sinks designed specifically for processors with high TDP.
