Areca has developed a perfect out-of-the-box solution for the MacBook Pro and Thunderbolt users respectively with their nifty bridges. With two 16 Gbps FC and two Thunderbolt3 ports (40 Gbps) each, the ARC-4607T3 forms an ideal solution for directly connecting a Thunderbolt3 host to a Storage Area Network (SAN) with Fibre Channel infrastructure.Thus, this system allows large amounts of data to be read and written from one workstation while other incoming and outgoing data transfers are processed via the daisy chained Thunderbolt3 port.
