Our optical cables from partner Areca can be used to network an entire agency, media office or practice at high-speed, as this is usually not possible with the electrical cables supplied, which are only two meters long. That's why we also have other lengths of 5, 10, 15 and 25 meters in our range. Plug in, done.
In addition, the optical cables do not require any additional infrastructure, such as switches and network sockets. This means that a storage system can be relocated to another room to reduce noise levels.
Other constellations are also conceivable. For example, Starline also has bridges in its portfolio with which the Thunderbolt protocol can also be implemented on SAS or Fibre Channel.
